ABOUT MAHISHA
More than events. A better way of doing business.

Your Vision, Our Mission
At Mahisha, we believe that the way we do business matters just as much as the services we deliver. Every event is an opportunity to make thoughtful choices — to work responsibly, support local enterprise, develop people and create a positive impact that extends beyond the event itself.
We have made environmental and social sustainability an integral part of the way Mahisha operates. Rather than treating sustainability as an initiative that sits alongside our business, we believe it should be woven into the decisions we make every day.

Wherever possible, our expenditure contributes to local economic growth, job creation and long-term social development. Because for us, responsible procurement isn’t simply about where something comes from. It’s about who benefits from the decision.
That is the kind of business Mahisha strives to be — responsible in the way we work, thoughtful in the choices we make, and committed to creating impact that lasts beyond the event.
WE DON'T JUST TALK THE TALK

Making a Difference Beyond the Event
For Mahisha, corporate social responsibility is about contributing positively to society and supporting causes that matter.
One subject particularly close to our hearts is mental health.
Mental health remains a deeply misunderstood and, in many communities, difficult subject to talk about openly. The stigma surrounding mental illness can create isolation and make it harder for people and families to access the support they need.
That is why Mahisha supports the Friends of Valkenberg Trust, a non-profit organisation working alongside hospital staff at Valkenberg Psychiatric Hospital. The Trust plays an important role in promoting mental health, supporting the recovery of people living with serious mental illness and helping individuals take meaningful steps towards reintegration into society.
We are proud to support an organisation that recognises that recovery is not only about treatment — it is also about dignity, belonging, opportunity and community.
